TCW Consulting is an Illawarra based town planning and property consulting service offering advice on all property sectors in NSW.

The company has been in existence for 25 years and Principal, Terry Wetherall, holds qualifications in town planning, property valuation and building surveying.

Terry adopts a results orientated approach to all tasks, which often means that projects previously considered marginal, become viable.

Terry has been professionally involved in local government and private enterprise and is currently active in the Chamber of Commerce movement both locally, statewide and nationally.  He, therefore, has both technical and business acumen.
